Sbs 2008 Pop3 Connector Not Receiving Email
No, I don't get a bounce back, Yes I can connect to the server via RDP and manage it. Tried the reboot and didn't help, ran the Configure Internet Connection wizard, didn't help. As far as I know, it's not receiving any email, POP3 connector or direct from internet.

I have port 25 forwarded to the server on my router. I am able to connect via telent to the server on port 25, To my knowledge, nothing has changed on the server. There is a size issue with some things on the POP3 connector, but it has been pulling all emails except the ones with the size issue. I have seen a message on the event log about size. In the event log there are these messages for each recipient: An error occurred while delivering mail to on the SMTP server 'localhost'. The error code was 0x800ccc6c. Verify that the mailbox exists and that the Exchange receive connectors are configured properly.

Another idea: Could this be ISP related? Some ISP's filter port 25. Can you try this: Telnet from an external location to the mailserver on port 25. Wait until it says SERVERNAME ESMTP MAIL Service ready do the commands written here: If you get an e-mail on the chosen exchange mailbox, than you know your server is running ok and the issue could be ISP related.
