Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard Italiano Google
From Microsoft Excel 2003, we are trying to print a worksheet to PDF. After doing File Print and specifying Adobe PDF as the printer, Adobe gives a dialog to specify the location. We specify user's local desktop. We then we get a modal dialog 'Access is denied' and after that the PDF creation dialog hangs. The user has no problem creating files on the Desktop, so apparently the file being written, and the place it is being written, are a well-kept secret known only to Adobe's code. I thought we would easily debug this by looking at Security event viewer in Windows and seeing which folder or file was denied access.
Izotope Phatmatik Pro Vsti V1.52 there. Unfortunately, that information appears to be absent. NO security event viewer audit messages are written. While we do have auditing enabled and audit attributes at the root of the file system, I guess Adobe could have removed auditing from some subtree of the file system where the file is being written. Can someone tell me: 1) Is there a way to activate debug-level logging for Adobe, so we can attempt to trace what file Acrobat is not able to write? 2) Is someone familiar with where Acrobat 8 Standard would be writing its temporary files during the PDF creation process? 3) Is someone familiar with what other folders or files would need Modify access for Acrobat Standard during the PDF creation process?
